　　This text presents a step-by-step approach for analyzing, designing, verifying, and validating systems, products, and services. Using a problem-solving/solution development framework and associated methodologies, the text covers concepts and practices that can be applied to small and large organizations in most business sectors. Chapter objectives and exercises are included. The text can be used in an undergraduate or graduate course in systems analysis engineering.
